2. Canvassing the Opposition’s Home
Political issues are subject to much dispute because they are very difficult issues; accordingly, many people simply make mistakes—analogous to miscalculations in working out difficult mathematical problems—leading them to disagree with others who have not made mistakes or have made different mistakes leading to different conclusions.1)http://www.owl232.net/irrationality.htm#5 This year in June, The Labour MP, Jo Cox, died after being shot and stabbed multiple times following a constituency meeting. Her husband said, “She was a politician and she had very strong political views and I believe was she killed because of those views.” He went on to say, “I think she died because of them and she would want to stand up for those in death as much as she did in life.” Some people are martyrs for their political beliefs while others are cold-blooded killers. Unless you’re sacrificing your life to carry on a vision, “…of a world united,” why jeopardize your safety for the sake of politics?
